If you look to the right of the video you want off Youtube, under the video information section, there should be a box with "Embed" over it. That has the HTML code for the video. Just copy and paste that code into the HTML Edit of your blog post. Hope that helps.
What I do is click on "create post" and then I see that another thing pops up that reads,
"Add video to your blog...
choose a file to upload
under choose a file it says, we accept AVI. MPEG, Quick Time, and so on. I know these must be players and what not. Just wondering perhaps I need these uploaded onto the computer that I'm using.
And then next in this section it says...
video Title
And then on Youtube the only place I see embed, it won't allow me to copy and past.
I don't think you have to be a member of Youtube, but maybe you do.
Okay, when you go to post, just ignore where it says video. Instead, there should be a tab that says something like "Edit HTML". Click on that. Then just past what you copied from Youtube (Embed). Give it a minute and the video should load. To make sure, click on preview post. That'll show you if it's been added or not.
As for copying from Embed on Youtube, you should be able to just select it and copy. If it won't allow you to do this, then you might have to be a member first.
I think it's working but I think if I'm correct the process involves the video being uploaded or downloaded...don't know the difference...but anyways, right onto the computer's hard drive and then from your computer to the blog.
I sat in front of this window that read the following..
"Your video is being uploaded but pending on internet connection the process could take a while." or something to that fact.

I like the video that you've placed up on your blog.
I've been wondering how you had posted Youtube video's on your blog.
I can't seem to figure that one out. I guess I'm kinda a technological idiot, or something.
But anyhow, if you can help me out...for whatever reason I've tried with the tutorial's on blogspot but they don't help me much.
Sincerely,
Janey<><
Be more than happy to help ya, Janey.
